These terms apply to all visitors, users, customers, and participants of Power Living programs operated by Srinivas Vudiga.

Power Living provides personal development and coaching services including:

• 1:1 coaching and mentoring sessions
• Workshops, masterclasses, and retreat programs
• Online courses and digital learning programs
• Books (physical and digital)
• The Power Living Ambassador/Affiliate Program
• Coach the Coach professional development program

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Power Living website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, program materials, and course content, is the intellectual property of Power Living and Srinivas Vudiga and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

4. User Responsibilities

By using our website and services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
• Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not share, distribute, or reproduce program materials without permission
• Treat coaches, staff, and fellow participants with respect
• Not engage in any behaviour that disrupts program delivery or community experience

5. Payment Terms

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated
• Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless a payment plan has been agreed upon in writing
• Power Living reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice
• All transactions are processed securely through authorised payment gateways

6. Program Participation

Power Living reserves the right to:

• Refuse or remove any participant from a program if their behaviour is disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to others
• Modify, reschedule, or cancel programs due to unforeseen circumstances. Affected participants will be notified promptly and offered alternatives or refunds as applicable
• Update program content and materials at any time to ensure quality and relevance

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Power Living programs are designed to support personal growth and development. However:

• Results vary and are not guaranteed. Individual outcomes depend on personal effort, commitment, and circumstances.
• Our services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
• The website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Power Living and Srinivas Vudiga shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Affiliate Program Terms

Participation in the Power Living Ambassador Program is subject to additional terms communicated during onboarding. Key conditions include:

• Ambassadors must not make false or misleading claims about Power Living products or services
• Commission structures are subject to change with reasonable notice
• Power Living reserves the right to terminate ambassador agreements for violations of conduct or misrepresentation

10. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Andhra Pradesh, India.
