Refund Policy

At Power Living, we are committed to delivering transformational value through our programs, workshops, mentoring sessions, and books. We understand that circumstances can change, and this Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be considered.
2. Books
Due to the digital and physical nature of our book products:
- Physical books: Refunds are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the book is in original, undamaged condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- Digital/e-books: No refunds once the digital product has been downloaded or accessed.
3. Workshops & Masterclasses
- Cancellation 7+ days before the event: Full refund or credit transfer to a future session.
- Cancellation 3–6 days before the event: 50% refund or full credit transfer to a future session.
- Cancellation less than 48 hours before the event: No refund. Credit transfer may be considered at our discretion.
- No-shows: No refund issued.
If Power Living cancels or reschedules an event, registered participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to the rescheduled date.
4. Mentoring & Coaching Programs
- Within 48 hours of purchase (before the first session): Full refund if no sessions have taken place.
- After the first session: No refund for completed sessions. Remaining unused sessions may be credited at our discretion.
- Mid-program cancellation: Refunds are not provided for partially completed mentoring packages. Unused sessions may be transferred to another individual with prior approval.
5. Online Courses & Digital Programs
- Refund requests accepted within 48 hours of purchase, provided less than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
- No refunds after 48 hours or once significant course content has been accessed.
6. Affiliate Program
Commissions earned through the Power Living Ambassador Program are non-refundable once paid. In the event that a referred customer receives a refund, the corresponding affiliate commission will be deducted from future payouts.

Please include your full name, contact details, order reference, and reason for the refund request. We will respond within 3–5 business days.
8. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
9. Exceptions
Power Living reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Special circumstances such as medical emergencies or bereavement may be considered with supporting documentation.
